Chapter Leader Gatherings: Resources, Support, and Connection

As a way of supporting your efforts, we hold Chapter Leader calls twice per year in the fall and the spring. At the upcoming calls, we’ll have a chance to engage with one another as well as with our Ministerial Formation Network Learning Manager, Rev. Michelle Favreault. Michelle writes: “As the MFN heads towards a 10 year anniversary, our MFN Manager will share updates on how ministry formation has changed and invite conversation on how chapter support is essential for folks pursuing vocations in UU ministry. With new rules and practices in credentialing as well as the shifts of theological schools to virtual models of classroom learning, chapters and clusters offer a type of collegiality and identity formation that is needed now, perhaps more than ever!”
We ask that at least one leader of your chapter attend one of the calls. If more than one person from your leadership team wishes to attend, that is welcome. But we ask that at least one person attend as part of your qualification for your annual subsidy.
