MFN Discernment Group: Strength, Support and Leadership in Cross Disability Community
UUMA discernment groups offer apsirants and candidates a chance to explore identity, authority and the practice of ministry in an intentional small group setting. This group will meet monthly (Sept-June) for guided conversation with Rev. Liz. This is a cross-disability group open to participants with any type(s) of disability. We aim to develop our strengths as disabled ministers as well as to support formation needs more generally. Liz sometimes brings in guest ministers with a variety of disabilities to share their experiences in ministry and help build our community.
