This year’s gathering will take place June 17–19 and will once again be primarily virtual, offering programming each day for worship and collegial connection.
For colleagues traveling to the General Assembly Studio Site in Louisville, KY, we are also planning an optional in-person gathering on Friday, June 19. This add-on will include caucus space, a shared meal, and the opportunity to listen together to the Berry Street Essay.
As in recent years, we also encourage colleagues who are not traveling to consider gathering locally in small groups to participate in Ministry Days together. Information coming soon about how to create a local pod through our member forum.
Registration Rates: Registration will open Tuesday, March 31. There are financial incentives for early registration. To receive the correct registration rate you must be logged in to your member profile. Prices are broken down by membership category; please see notes below.
- If you are a Life, Aspirant or Candidate member you should automatically see your price adjustment on your registration.
- If you are a Parish or Community based UUMA member who makes less than $25,000, please use the code Under25k to receive 15% off your registration. Please don't use this code if you are a Life, Aspirant, or Candidate member as your registration is already discounted.
Structural Oppression Offset Ticket (Parish/Community/Life/Asp/Can): We acknowledge that access to resources can be a result of institutionalized and intergenerational white supremacy. The Ministry Days fee structure is an attempt to allow white folks to leverage the privilege they have gained through those systems by supporting an equitable point of access for those who have been disenfranchised by the same systems. Members from marginalized groups (including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Trans/Non-Binary and Disabled members) may register using the offset scale if they choose. Onsite attendance in Louisville, KY will be an additional $100/person and includes a shared lunch. Please make sure to include the add on ticket in your registration. Only those registered by June 6th will be guaranteed food.
