Career Formation Conversation: Mentoring & Being Mentored/Everything Old is New Again

Join the UUMA program managers and UUA credentialing directors for conversation on best practices, new resources and ongoing support for preliminary fellowship mentors, vocational advisors, and all the formal AND informal mentors we need at times of career transition.  We know that we all give and receive mentorship ranging from practical advice seeking, to being called into ethical accountability  - and for those times of personal, spiritual and professional discernment.  This is a program for all UUMA members who are interested in collegial care and support. 

Following a panel presentation, we'll have time in breakout rooms to discuss the questions/needs and developmental tasks of learning in relationship for those in vocations of UU ministry. The presentations will be recorded for those who can't attend and a resource handout will be sent to folks who register.
