In addition to your registration with the chapter, please also complete the MTSO Overnight Housing Registration Form that all overnight guests must fill out prior to their stay. This is for safety and security purposes in case of an emergency. Please use the registration code: UUMA0425

For this retreat, we're leaning into spending time connecting with one another and engaging in some creative, embodied spiritual practices. Please bring any art supplies and creative materials that you'll find meaningful. We'll have some time dedicated to visual art, yoga, chalice painting, maybe sand mandalas. And there are also bike trails nearby, should you have a bike to bring. Plus, we'll have a little time to play some games and some music.

Dewire Residence Hall is keyless. MTSO uses a digital key system to access your room and the building. This requires an email and mobile phone number (which will be entered into the form linked above). Prior to your arrival date, Brivo Access will email you a mobile pass/app that must be used to gain access to the building and your room during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns about housing specifically, please email housing@mtso.edu.

Can't be present in person, but want to connect remotely at some point over our time together? We'll have hybrid opportunities for check-ins, our business meeting, and some dedicated times to connect over Zoom. Just check the appropriate box for remote participation on the registration form, and we'll get the Zoom link to you when it's available, along with the specific times for our various program elements that will be remote.
