We’ll have an Opening Worship service and Rituals of Welcome for our new interns, transitional ministers, and settled folks. We’ll share a delicious meal, with main dishes provided by the chapter. We invite you to bring a side dish or a dessert to share! We’ll have time for deep connection and time for Collaboration with colleagues in whatever ministry sphere you find yourself. 

We will share the calendar of events we have planned across the year, from collegial meetups and retreats to karaoke and bowling. There will still be opportunities for monthly check ins, small groups, and participation in bigger UUMA events in the area. We welcome ideas and leadership volunteers for outings and fun events.

We ask you to make this September gathering as high a priority as you are able, with attendance online or in-person, as most folks won’t be able to make in-person monthly gatherings a reality. This is our chance to start the year off on our best practices. Please share widely with colleagues in the area, and let them know we’d love to see and learn from them!

11am–11:45am + Worship Service

11:45--11:50am + Break

11:50–12:20 + Look at the Year Ahead and Business (Retreat dates, dues, supporting interns)

12:20–1:00pm + Deep Check in time

1:00 – 2:00pm + Lunch and Collegial Connection Time (worship collab, planning outings, spiritual practice, etc.)
