Advocacy for Professional Chaplains

How can the UUMA engage in greater advocacy for professional chaplains? This is a question we have been considering in one on one conversation and now we’d like to expand the conversation to all board certified chaplains and professional chaplains working toward board certification. We envision this as a time to look for common priorities among professional chaplains so we can discern how best to utilize UUMA resources in support of sustainability for professional chaplains.
